Will and Olivia were born and raised in North Carolina. They met and married in Wilmington, NC where they now reside. They started the Adair Agency which helps agents like create their own agencies and brokerages. They have hearts for people and served in various ministries before entering the insurance industry.

Will's transition into insurance occurred after his dad unexpectedly died and he was looking for employment during Covid. He learned about the industry why helping his mom collect on his dad's policy. He wanted to create a better insurance company and that gave birth to the Adair Agency.

Will was attracted to the flexibility in the insurance industry and working 100% remotely, that it pays well, and offers career advancement opportunities with flexibility for life outside of work. His wife homeschools and the flexibility allowed them to move recently to Wilmington, NC to help take care for a member of Olivia's family.
